Watch Review: AP White Ceramic Royal Oak Offshore Diver
Audemars Piguet is one watch brand that you always expect great things from.
It's
only been a few years since they launched the first AP Royal Oak
Offshore Diver in back 2010. In their first design, they captured the
essence of the Offshore spirit in the three hand dial. They started with steel, then supplemented the case with a touch of AP's famous forged carbon a couple years later. In 2013, they added ceramic to their list of case materials for the Royal Oak Offshore Diver. And in 2014, one of our favorites at Timepiece Perfect was born: the White Ceramic Royal Oak Offshore Diver.
With
its stunning matte-white, titanium case and awesome exhibition
caseback, this impressive dive watch will leave everyone's jaws dropped
when they see it on your wrist.
Materials:
As Audemars Piguet always does, they really outdid themselves with this Royal Oak Offshore Diver. Everything from the case to the strap is made with high-end material, which is very obvious when it's on your wrist. It just feels good. The white ceramic is perfect for diving conditions to ensure it's quality looks for a lifetime. Glare Proof sapphire crystal and caseback give a beautiful view of AP's intricate movements. The
white ceramic bezel and screw-lock crown rest on the case, which is
attached to the extremely comfortable and durable rubber strap by
titanium links.
Design:
Sure, not everyone is a “white watch” kind of guy. But
honestly, you just can't go wrong when it's an Audemars Piguet,
especially a timepiece from the Royal Oaks Offshore Dive collection. At 42mm wide, it sits comfortably on the wrist with style. The dial is AP's “Mega Tapisserie” in white-silver tone the contrasts perfectly with the hands and crown. Navy blue is found on the dial and numerals as a stunning accent color. And just when you think that it couldn't get any better —the hour markers and hands are produced in 18k white gold. vedere di piu
